Environment
A full environmental assessment was carried out as part of the application for outline planning permission for the Kings Warren site. This section details the finding of these assessments and includes other environmental information relating to the development.
We will also be making a contribution to Forest Heath District Council to help them to undertake a programme of environmental improvement throughout the existing village.
A further environmental assessment is currently being carried out for our proposed expansion of Kings Warren onto the land east of the site. This will be added to the website as soon as it is available.
