The houses at Kings Warren are built to the latest environmental standards, with high levels of insulation and combination boilers to reduce heating bills; taps and toilets that reduce water consumption; low energy lighting; and, where provided by the developers, highly efficient washing machines and dishwashers.
Additionally, we are delighted to be helping Forest Heath District Council maintain their position as one of the UK’s top six local authorities for recycling.
