Community website for Red Lodge & Kings Warren
This website is for residents of Red Lodge and surrounding villages to keep up-to-date with what’s going on at Kings Warren.
Crest Nicholson, along with other housebuilders, have started work on Kings Warren, a new community at Red Lodge, Bury St Edmunds.
The development includes:
- a total of 1,250 new homes
- a Village Centre with shops and community facilities
- extensive sports and leisure facilities including a pavilion
- a new primary school
- supporting infrastructure including new bus route and cycleways
We are also applying for permission to extend Kings Warren on an area of land to the east of the existing site.
It is expected that the entire Kings Warren development, including the extension if planning permission is granted, will be completed by 2013.
